OCS Open House, May 29
An OCS Open House and Information Night for the 2013-14 school year will be held on Wednesday, May 29, 2013, from 6:00 - 8:00 pm. Take advantage of this chance to tour classrooms and talk with teachers and parents. A presentation and Q&A session will begin at 6:30. For the 2013-14 school year OCS will be offering the following classes:
2-Year Kindergarten Class – ages 4 - 6
1st - 2nd Grade Class
3rd – 5th Grade Class

All Hallow's Eve Nightwalk
Join our community for our whimsical celebration of the end of growing season. Halloween, Samhain, and All Hallow's Eve all mark a special time of year. Family activities and food begin at 5 pm, and culminate with a lantern-lit walk in the woods, pausing at a series of theatrical vignettes - a magical experience for all ages.
Olympia Area Private School and Pre-School Fair
Join us (in early 2014) for the Fifth Annual Olympia Area Private School and Preschool Fair. Learn about the local alternatives to public schools, with over 20 local Preschool, Elementary, Middle and High Schools. There will be fun activities at each table and a chance to learn about each school in one place. There will be a wide range of school models including alternative, cooperative, democratic, faith-based and independent.
OCS celebrates diversity and welcomes families of every composition, race and ethnicity, and spiritual or religious background.
Friends Of OCS Dinner (FOOD)
Join us each spring for the annual fundraising and community event, Friends of OCS Dinner (FOOD). Drop the kids off in the OCS classroom with our fabulous Evergreen interns and join the party downstairs in the gym. A cocktail hour begins the evening with bidding on silent auction items from throughout the local community. Linger over a special menu of seasonal fare while connecting with fellow OCS parents, alumni and friends. Live entertainment by local musicians, dessert auction and a brief live auction ends the evening.
